Dr. Soma Senroy said, “The prediction of above average days of heat in the month of May can be seen in the context of inter-seasonal variability or inter-annual variability. Today, a large part of the country is struggling with heat, especially in West Bengal and Orissa of Eastern India, heat wave has been going on for the last 15 days.
