New Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire: Maruti Suzuki Swift & Dzire: New generation Maruti Suzuki Swift and Dzire are going to come soon in the Indian market. Despite the discussion about these models, official launch details have not been announced yet.
Both the Maruti Suzuki Swift and Dzire will be coming to India as fourth generation models after their world premiere in Japan. Both are expected to get several major improvements, which are expected to include a new design, updated interior and new Z-series petrol engine.
Maruti Dezire Design
Regarding the soon to be launched upcoming 2024 Maruti Dezire, recently an AI generated digital rendering has given a glimpse of the upcoming 2024 Maruti Dezire. This model introduces the cosmetic look of the new Swift, which features a redesigned grille, an updated front bumper and new headlamp clusters. Along with this, angular design, a special fog lamp assembly with chrome details, wide wheel arches and large wheels are also included. Also, its rear profile has been significantly changed with new taillamps and a redesigned design bumper.
Luxurious interior of the upcoming 2024 Maruti Dezire
The interiors of the 2024 Maruti Dezire are inspired by the new Maruti Suzuki Swift, featuring a spacious cabin with a large floating touchscreen infotainment system that supports wireless connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Apart from this, other highlights also include a new central console with updated switchgear, a three-spoke steering wheel and an automatic AC unit.
Engine of new Swift and Dezire
Both the upcoming 2024 Maruti Suzuki Swift and Dezire will come with a new 1.2 liter three-cylinder petrol engine, in which the company has claimed higher performance and fuel efficiency. This Z-series engine, mated to a CVT gearbox, is becoming very popular in the Japan-spec Swift as well. It produces a maximum power output of 82bhp and torque of 108Nm. This new engine will replace the existing K-series four-cylinder engine. Also, it is expected to get a mileage of 24.5kmpl.
